These terms cover your use of this website. They are written in plain English on purpose. Booking, payment and service at the shop are handled by The Vault Barber Co. directly.

02Using this site
You may browse, share and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy our photos, wording or branding for another business, scrape the site, attempt to break into any part of it, or use it in a way that interferes with anyone else's visit.
03Booking appointments
Our Book buttons hand you off to our booking system on thevaultbarberco.com. Any appointment you make there is governed by that system's terms. Appointment times, availability and cancellations are managed by the shop, not by this website.
04Prices and services
Prices shown here are our standard rates and are meant as a guide. Some services, such as women's cuts and longer hair, are quoted case by case in the chair. We may update prices and services at any time, and the price confirmed at the shop is the one that applies.
05The 15% off first visit offer
The 15% off offer is for first-time guests only, one per person, and applies to a single service on your first visit. Show your code at the shop to redeem it. It cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, has no cash value, and we may change or end it at any time.
06Reviews and ratings shown
Star ratings and review counts on this site reflect our public Google Business Profile at the time of publishing and can change. Client names mentioned on the site are people who have genuinely sat in our chairs.
07Third party links
We link out to our booking system, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
08No guarantees
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on information here, to the fullest extent the law allows.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
10Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
